The default list of statuses is the list for approvers. Clear the checkbox on the right if you don't want to use the default settings for the group/project. If not using the default settings, you can edit the following settings.

In the tables, you can click the checkboxes corresponding to each role to permit use of each status value.
Mark as Active – Click the checkboxes in the row to set the status values that display an active status.
Broadcast Approvers – Click the checkboxes in the row to set the status values that result in notification to all members with a role of approver.

.You can omit top level folders in a group from the indexing process by adding folder names separated by commas in the “Index ignore folders” field.
