How to delete an edit note
Key point: Delete edit notes from the document and fragment history panels.

Prerequisites

User must have a role of contributor or higher.

An edit note can be deleted from the:

  • Document history panel
    1. Click the history icon in the right sidebar.
    2. Navigate to the particular edit, then to the particular edit note to be deleted.
    3. Click the icon to the right of the edit note to be deleted.
  • Fragment history panel – when in review mode:
    1. Click the icon to the right of the fragment.
    2. Click the  icon in the fragment menu.
    3. Navigate to the particular edit, then to the particular edit note to be deleted.
    4. Click the icon to the right of the edit note to be deleted.
  • Fragment history panel after clicking icon beside the fragment when in review mode – opens Document edit notes panel:
    1. Click Show fragment edit history option to open the Fragment history panel.
    2. Navigate to the particular edit, then to the particular edit note to be deleted.
    3. Click the icon to the right of the edit note to be deleted.

Click the Yes button to confirm deleting the edit note.
