How to resolve references in a group
Key point: Restore unresolved images, links, and xrefs for a whole group.

Prerequisites

You must have the role of manager in the group.

You can also resolve references only within a specific folder.

From the group maintenance page:

  1. Click the Resolve... button to open a dialog where the number of documents to parse is shown.
  2. Click the Resolve button to start the process. On the right, you see a progress bar.
    1. If you want to cancel the process, click the icon. If you click the Close button, the process continues to run in the background.
  3. When the process has finished, go to the process logs (group) page.
  4. The current date is default. On the right, click the icon and click a ticket to view.
  5. For each event, you see the containing document location, filename and a brief description. Use these details to find the documents and resolve any errors.
