How to unlock a user account

Key point: Unlock the account of a user if it is marked as “locked” due to excessive failed sign in attempts.

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator.

From the user accounts page:

  1. First, find the member account.
    You see a red icon on the left of the member’s First name.
  2. Click the icon to the right of the View/edit button.
  3. In the drop-down, click the Unlock user option.
    You see a green icon to the left of the member’s First name.
