Structural comparison improvements

PageSeeder now shows differences in section titles and the table of contents (TOC) marker so that you can see when there are changes affecting the structure of your documents.

Changes are also shown in the structure comparison.

Renaming template folders

Administrators and developers can now rename folders in the templates files page.
