How to reset your password
Key point: Reset your password when you are unable to sign in because you have forgotten your password.

Prerequisites

You are unable to sign in because you have forgotten your password.

If you have signed in and want to update your password, see how to update your password.

From the sign in page:

  1. Click the I forgot my password option to open the reset password dialog.
  2. Enter the email address that you used for your account.
  3. Click the Send reset link button.
  4. Click OK – if your email is registered, an update password link is emailed to you.
  5. When viewing the Update your password email, click the Update password button.
  6. Enter a new password.
  7. Re-enter the password in the confirmation field – the password must be at least medium strength.
  8. Click the Submit button – confirmation of your successful password update is displayed.
  9. Click the Sign in and go to the homepage button to open your personal homepage.

For security purposes, an email is sent to confirm that your password has been updated.

Help! I did not receive any email to reset my password!

For security, PageSeeder doesn’t disclose whether the email address you entered is associated with a user account. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, look in your SPAM folder or try with a different email address.
