When you can’t remember your password when signing in, click the forgotten password option to open the Reset password dialog. Enter the email address that you normally use, then click the Send reset link button. You see confirmation that an email with a link to reset your password is sent. Click the Ok button.
When you have received the reset password email, click the Update password button to open the Update password page. The link in the email is valid for 12 hours.
Enter a new password, then re-enter the password in the confirmation field. A progress bar indicates the strength of the new password – the password must be at least medium strength. Click the Submit button to receive confirmation of your successful password update.
Click the Sign in and go to the homepage button to open the homepage.
For security purposes, an email is sent to confirm that your password has been updated.
