My drafts page
Key point: A central place listing all your draft comments and document edits.

Every time you stop typing for more than a few seconds, PageSeeder automatically saves your comments and document edits as drafts. Your drafts are listed on the My Drafts page, visit this page to:

  • Continue to edit before submitting your comments or edits.
  • Discard any surplus content.

In document view:

  • The icon appears to the left of any document edit which you have not actively saved, so it has only been saved as a draft.
  • If another user has a draft, you see a lock icon to the left of the fragment.

Other users in your groups cannot see the draft comments, but they can see draft document edits in the fragment history panel and they know that you have an open edit.

Once saved, the draft content becomes current, and is fully visible to other users. For the comment, it appears as a new comment or a reply.
