The search results allow users to process multiple files at once using a search action.
Batch actions are available for documents, tasks, comments, workflows and URLs only.
You can either press enter in the search bar, or perform a search first using the available filters to narrow your search, and then select format Table.
Choosing a search scope option when in format Table displays checkboxes to the left of each result in the table. Click the checkbox in the left column in the table header to select all the search results on the current page, or click checkboxes beside individual results.
Clicking the checkbox in the table header only selects results on the current page, that is, the results that are currently visible. If there are multiple pages click Select all [X] items in search results to apply the action to all results.
Selecting one or more results to include in your batch action enables the Select an action button.
With one or multiple items selected, click the
Each action opens a dialog box with the necessary options for performing the action on all your selected documents at the same time.

While PageSeeder updates your items, a progress bar is shown. You can press the
When the process is completed, a summary of actions is shown. You can click Refresh results to return to the search and update the results in case your actions affected the search results, or Close to return to the search without updating.
