Group homepage

Key point: A summary of events in your group.

The header of this page provides summary information.

Following the header are four tabs related to your group:

  • The group feed lists the most recent events in your group.
  • The list of publications lets you quickly get to your most important documents.
  • The about tab is a description of your group by the group manager.
  • The links tab provides a curated list of useful links related to your group.

On the right, click the Export... button to open the publish/export dialog, or if publish scripts are available, click the icon to open the Publish... option.

On the far right, you see a plus button – click to open a drop-down menu.

Header

The header (in the dark background) displays the icon, group title and description.

The graph displays the activity over the last 90 days; It’s using a logarithmic scale to ensure that a busy day doesn’t cause other days to be shown as inactive.

The header also includes:

You can click these numbers to go to the corresponding pages.

Group feed

The feed displays the documents, comments and tasks that have been added or updated recently.

It’s meant as a jumping point to a recently modified item rather than a true record of activity – since items only appear once in the feed.

For an accurate record of document activity, go to the document activity page for your group.

For example, if a document has been edited every day in the past few days, only the latest edit appears. If a document or comment is archived, it doesn’t appear at all.

Publications

This tab lists all the publications in your group. Publications are the most important documents in your group.
