Document review mode

Key point: The default view of a document, allowing you to read and comment on the document.

In review mode, you can read the document, but not edit the content. When viewing a document, clicking the edit mode switch in the top right corner of the document toolbar enables switching from the default review mode to edit mode. Clicking the switch again returns to review mode. You can also double click in any fragment in a document to switch to edit mode. In both modes, you see the available action icons in the left sidebar and right sidebar

Various functions can be performed on a document by clicking the action icons, either in the left sidebar or right sidebar, for example, posting a comment, creating a task, and creating a version.

You can toggle the icons available in the middle of the document toolbar, located at the top of the main section. For example, you can click the icon to show block and inline labels or click the icon to view the PSML source code. In review mode, these icons depend on the media type of the document you are viewing, for example, a PSML document or PDF document.

In review mode, when you hold the cursor over an xref or link, you see more information about it in an xref tooltip or link tooltip.
