The help group is used by PageSeeder to provide context-sensitive help documentation for all the groups in your project.
By using a dedicated group, you can have users contributing to the documentation without affecting the content of your other groups. Also members of the help group don’t have to be members of the other groups.
PageSeeder automatically processes help documents in the help group so that they are available in the search within the groups.
The short name of the help group must be named ’help‘. For example, inside a ‘sample’ project, the help group full name would be ‘sample-help’.
When placed inside a project, the help group is used to provide documentation for all the groups within that project.
If the project is also the global template, then the help documentation is made available to all PageSeeder groups. In that case, this lets you create custom documentation for the entire system.
