Folders and documents can be moved to a different folder in the same group, or to a location in another group that you are a member of.
Once moved to a new group, all discussions on documents are available to that group.
When viewing the group documents page, clicking the

In the Move to folder... field, you can navigate to a folder in your selected group, or you can create a new
folder to move your document to. Type a name for the new folder and click the
