Text filter

Key point: Filter text fields based on terms they contain.

This filter input is used for fields which are tokenized; that is, when their content is indexed as multiple terms instead of as a single term and it’s not case sensitive.

This filter returns results when the selected field contains a term that matches one of the selected terms.

Example

If the Recommendation contains input field is “Little red riding hood”, the filter matches and returns any of the terms “little”, “red”, “riding”, or “hood”.

Options

Enter the term to filter in the Recommendation contains input field. The input field provides an auto-complete select list once a character is entered. For example, when you enter “p”, available terms starting with “p” are listed and can be selected.

Alternatively, click any of the following common terms listed. The number next to each term is the number of results returned when that term is selected.

The number next to each term is the number of documents that contain the term – not the number of times that term occurs within the documents.
