Unarchive dialog

Key point: Restore an archived folder or document to its original location.

This dialog is displayed when you attempt to unarchive a folder or a document.

Unarchive a folder

You can unarchive a folder from the documents page for a group, when you browse the archive folder, and to the right of a folder in the main section, click the Unarchive icon to open this dialog and restore the folder.

You see a progress bar. To cancel the process, click the red icon. If the process is continued, you can click the Show logs button.

You cannot unarchive the year and month folders within the archive folder as they are created automatically to organize your archived files and have no original location.

Unarchive a document

You can unarchive a document when you view an archived document, or from the documents page for a group, when you browse the archive folder, and to the right of a document in the main section, click the Unarchive icon to open this dialog and restore the document.

Select Resolve references after unarchive to restore any unresolved cross-references in the archived document.

How to find this page

Click the icon either:

In documents page, to the right of an archived document when you browse documents within the archive folder.
In document view, at the left in the document toolbar of an archived document.
