Index logs for a particular group can be seen by a manager.
Because the index for a group stores all content and metadata for documents, comments, URLs and tasks, any of this data is searchable. Any data modifications – whether create, edit, save or update – refreshes the index.
By default, the Index logs (group) page shows the logs, also known as tickets, for
the current date. The system time and date are on the top right. For other days, select
from the calendar in the date field, or click the
To see the tickets for a group, click in the Select a ticket field then click a ticket from the drop-down list. The total number of tickets for the group is shown. If there are no tickets for a date, the Select a ticket field isn’t seen.
For each ticket, the following information is displayed:
A table shows a list of the individual events in the ticket. The number of pages,
number of errors and warnings precedes the table. On the right, click the
The Time of each event and a Message about the event is shown and these can be sorted by clicking the
