Index logs for the system can be seen by an administrator.
All documents, comments, URLs and tasks have their metadata and content stored in the group index to be available for searches. Any modification triggers an update to that content in the index. An index log is then generated when content (or metadata) is edited, saved, updated or created, for example, a document edit or adding a new comment.
The Index logs (system) page shows the logs, also known as tickets, for the current
date. The system time and date are on the top right. For other days, select from the
calendar in the date field, or click the
To see the logs for a group, click the
For each ticket, the following information is displayed:
A table shows a list of the individual events in the ticket. The number of pages,
number of errors and warnings precedes the table. On the right, click the
The Time of each event and a Message about the event is shown and these can be sorted by clicking the
