Manager
Managers have the highest level of permission within a group. They can create and edit tasks, comments and documents, as well as manage group members and modify some group properties.
To administer a PageSeeder server, a member must be an administrator as the scope of manager is limited to the group.
Project manager
Project manager role only gives you access to admin for the particular project.
PageSeeder uses the icon for pages and actions reserved for managers. If you can see this icon in the header bar, you’re a manager of the group.
