Members (group) page

Key point: List group members.

Use this page to list the members of the current group.

The table displays the full name of each member, their email address, and role in the group.

Email and notification

Members can decide not to disclose their email address to other members of the group. In that case, the email address is not displayed – it’s shown as “(hidden)” instead.

The  icon indicates that the member receives email notifications. The no-email icon indicates that the member has chosen not to receive email notifications from this group, apart from announcements.

Hold the cursor over the  icon to know the actual notification setting chosen by the member.

If you want to hide your email from other members of the group or change your notification settings:

  1. Go to your account menu in the header bar.
  2. Click Groups and invitations.
  3. Click the Edit button for the group.

Membership details

If your group has been configured to include additional membership details, they are shown as additional columns in the table.

Managing members

If you’re a manager of the group, you can click the Manage members button to open the manage members page, where you can invite or add new members to the group, or change the membership properties of existing members.
