Your preferences are stored in your personal profile. They affect how documents, folders and comments are shown in PageSeeder.
Select the color theme you prefer using for the user interface.
PageSeeder can be configured to use a fixed color scheme. If this is the case in your PageSeeder installation, you won’t be able to choose your own. A message displays, “The theme is locked by your organization.”

PageSeeder uses the
Toggle available options to apply them for all documents when you are in document view. These same options are available on the document toolbar when viewing individual documents.
Toggle available folder display options to apply them for all folders, in all groups, when you are on the documents page. These icons control how documents and folders appear, and the same folder display options are available in the center of the folder toolbar on the documents page.
Archived comments are not included in search results and don’t appear in your search even when this option is enabled.
Comments, tasks, and discussions might be slower to load, when this option is enabled. We recommend that you turn it off when you no longer need to see archived comments.
By default, this option is off and comments are displayed in chronological order (oldest first).
This setting syncs across the task panel and workflow panel – changing it in one location changes it everywhere.
Transcluded content appears as read-only in the editor. While you can change which content to transclude, you cannot edit the transcluded content itself from this location. To modify transcluded content, you must edit the original source document.
