Folders panel

This panel is available in the documents page and the document view page to let you navigate the documents and folders in the current group.

Click the or icons in the panel to expand or collapse the folders.

To view a folder, click the folder title following the icon, for example  documents.

To view a document, click the document title following the media icon, for example homepage.

To help you locate the current folder or document, it is shown bold.

In document view

When viewing a document, the panel displays both folders and documents so that you can go to other documents easily.

• Click a document to change the current document.
• Click a folder to go to the documents page for that folder.

To toggle the panel, click the icon in the left sidebar. When the panel opens, its default location is the folder of the document you are currently viewing.

In folder view

When viewing a folder on the documents page, the panel is open by default and only displays folders. The contents of the current folder is displayed in the main section. Click any folder to display the contents of that folder in the main section.

You can also use this panel to select a target folder when moving files. To move a file, drag the file from the main section to the folder in this panel. For more details, see how to move a document.

Click the icon in the toolbar to toggle this panel.
