The dashboard is a central page that allows managers to conveniently manage a group.

Using the graphs, managers can quickly see some key information about indexing, process tasks or publish tasks for the group and whether they are currently running.
Click the
Under the graph, you see the total number of objects currently in the queue to be indexed. There are two phases that run in parallel for indexing:
Generally scanning is faster, so it increases then decreases.
Managers can quickly see whether indexing is in progress and if it might take some time i.e. if there are 50000 objects being indexed and it’s decreasing slowly, then it might take a while! Predicting indexing time is hard as some objects process faster than others, e.g. comments take less time than documents, large documents take longer than small documents and PDFs take even longer.

The dashboard cards provide quick shortcuts to essential management pages for the
group. The links in the dashboard cards for
CONFIGURATION – Go to the group configuration page to update your group configuration or group properties.
MAINTENANCE – Go to the group maintenance page if you need to archive the group or perform maintenance tasks following large imports of data or system upgrades.
SHARING – Go to the group sharing page to review and manage the folders shared in a group.
MANAGE – Go to the manage members page to add, invite, remove, or edit members of the group.
IMPORT – Go to the import members page to import a list of members from a CSV file into the group. Use this page, if you need to create or update multiple members at once.
This card is only available to project managers and the links point to the template project (usually the parent project) instead of the group.
CONFIG – On the template configuration page, configure the document types, publication type, media types, xref types and Schematron used in your project.
EMAILS – If an Administrator, on the email templates page, review and manage the project email templates.
FILES – If an Administrator, on the template files page, browse and manage the configuration files in your project template.
PUBLISH SCRIPTS – If an Administrator, on the publish scripts page, manage script files used for publishing.
If the group is archived, you see a message indicating that is the case and a button
If you have the required permissions, you can also delete the group permanently by
clicking
Deleting a group permanently and irreversibly erases the contents of the group.
